With all the uncertainty around the Coronavirus and its impact, we would like to give you an update on what we are doing and provide some answers to your frequently asked questions.
Our number one priority is looking after the safety and well-being of our colleagues, customers and partners, so where possible, we have enabled our staff to work from home. We have also taken the decisive action to close our factories temporarily while we continue to gain further understanding of the situation and the Government's recommendations. We are in regular contact with the Government and we will continue to adapt to the situation daily in line with their latest guidelines and advice.
We appreciate that many individuals, families and organisations are specifically wanting folding beds at this moment in time; so please be aware that many are still available from some of our online retail partners, so it's worth taking a look at our Where to buy page.
We apologise for any inconvenience that our temporary factory shutdown may be causing you, and we thank you for your continued support and understanding.

Are you open?
Although our factories are temporarily closed, our offices are still open and operational. Colleagues are working remotely from home and are available should you have any questions or require further information.

Are you still taking orders from retailers?
Yes, but we are unable to offer specific delivery dates currently. Delivery is likely to be somewhere around the end of April. As soon as the factory is back open, we will contact our retail partners and communicate the specific delivery date for your order. We manufacture all our products in the UK, so it will be a fairly quick turnaround, once we are open.
I am a customer and need a folding bed – how do I make a purchase?
Click here to find an online retailer. Many of our online retailers do have large quantities of stock available, supplied to them prior to our temporary factory shutdown so it’s worth taking a look.
I am a Hospital, or an Emergency Shelter and we need beds urgently
