We recognise and understand the necessity to protect and improve the environment in which we live. It is our company’s policy to reduce and minimise the environmental impact of our activities and to care about the environment wherever we conduct our business. This long-standing commitment has recently led to the introduction of our One World Together™ philosophy.
Health and Safety
As a responsible employer, we take health and safety very seriously. We are committed to providing a safe working environment by ensuring appropriate training is given and measures are in place to prevent accidents. The company complies fully with H&S legislation.
The company has initiatives in place to reduce the amount of waste going to landfill and is committed to using recycled and recyclable materials wherever possible.
All employee wages are in accordance with legal requirements and we work with external bodies to regularly review and ensure that wages are benchmarked against national and local averages.
The company has a zero tolerance on any form of discrimination based on race, religion, age, disability, gender, sexual orientation, national origin or political affiliation.
The company does not employ anyone under the age of 16.
Forced labour and slavery
The company is absolutely against forced labour and slavery and no workers shall be required to work against their will.
